How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for beauty tools?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare products and used beauty tools cannot be returned.
Are your skincare products cruelty-free?
Yes, Skin Gym is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do your facial rollers come with a warranty?
All Skin Gym beauty tools are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
